14-Day Returns
If you're not happy with your WNbuds for any reason, you can return them within 14 days of the day you receive your order for a full refund of the product price.
Return shipping
- Days 1–7 after delivery: return shipping is on us, at no cost to you.
- Days 8–14 after delivery: you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
There is no restocking fee.
How to start a return
Email us at admin@wnbuds.store with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different color, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Your WNbuds are also covered by our 1-year guarantee.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right of consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
